Mark M. Haupt, Sr.
Senior executive leader

Mark M. Haupt, a decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, owns and manages Converged Services, LLC, Taylor Made Solution, Inc and serves as a member of the NC Governor’s Small and HUB Business Council. He is past President of the North Carolina Veterans Business Association and the Tammy Lynn Foundation in Raleigh, NC. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Research Triangle Park Federal Credit Union.

Mark founded Converged Services, LLC in 2008 and acquired Taylor Made Solution, Inc in 2010. A seasoned executive leader of global business development, customer service and operations organizations, Mark has more than 36 years of global and domestic Information Technology and Telecommunications industry experience. He has introduced products and services in 13+ countries and directed operations teams in Europe, Asia and South America of up to 350 employees.

Mark holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from U. Iowa University and an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology from the Community College of the U.S. Air Force.
